Nature and the Psyche are in deep resonance. The Earth Centered Dream Workshop is held in beautiful natural settings and has nature as an active participant. This type of work has a catalyzing quality, opening doors that otherwise may stay close.

The workshop holds the night dreams of each participant at the center of the group’s attention. The group attends together to challenging material, in service of the dreamer’s unfolding. This workshop will grow the participants’ understanding of their night dreams. If they feel dreams are missing from their lives or if they have a hard time remembering them, this workshop will help participants recover their dreaming.

A theoretical frame is introduce as to how to be together and how to address the mysterious territory of night dreams respectfully and with integrity. The workshop group has a workable small size to foster depth and community. It is not necessary that everyone dreams every night. Every dream becomes a collective dream for us to sit with and contemplate.

We follow Jungian Guidelines, and approach the night dreams in creative and experimental ways. We linger with the dreams and engage them through art work, deep embodiment, active imagination, dreams constellations (the dreamer selects participants to represent elements from the dream and enact it), and dream councils outside in nature (the dreamer chooses a place in nature which resonates with their dream to hold the council there).

This type of dream work taps into the individual and collective unconscious, bringing forth deeper issues and insights both for the dreamer and every participant in the group. The group field itself may bring forth an emergence of new possibilities for the individual as well as the group and the collective.

The Earth Centered Dream Workshop is for anyone who desires to enter a deeper relationship with their psyche as a guiding principle.
